タイトル 气候变化下粗毛牛膝菊在青藏高原的扩散风险

Abstract 粗毛牛膝菊(Galinsoga quadriradiata)是一种适生范围广、扩散迅速的农业入侵生物。预测其在未来气候变化条件下在青藏高原的潜在适生区分布,可为防止其扩张和制定防控策略提供科学依据。基于青藏高原粗毛牛膝菊分布现状和10个相关环境因子,利用Biomod2软件结合12种单一模型构建组合模型,并结合软件ArcGIS和R预测其在当前和未来(2050s、2070s)不同气候条件(SSP126、SSP245、SSP585)下的适生区分布及质心移动轨迹。结果表明:组合模型的AUC和TSS值分别为0.989和0.928,模型预测效果较为显著;海拔(elev)和人类活动足迹(hf)是主导环境因子;当前气候条件下,粗毛牛膝菊主要分布于青海东部、甘肃东南部、四川东南部、云南西北部、西藏东南部和中部地区以及新疆西南部;未来气候情景下,适生区呈扩增趋势,质心总体向东南迁移。粗毛牛膝菊在未来气候条件下的适生区将显著扩增,威胁青藏高原农作物的食物安全与生态安全,应尽早采取预防和治理措施。
